Prior to joining TSG U.S.A., Inc., I worked in academic research within the field of physics, with no experience in electronics or the business sector. However, the hiring managers at TSG U.S.A., Inc. recognized the value I could bring to their company culture, rather than solely focusing on my experience in their industry.
